Austral Insulation ( Project Management Division) provides a comprehensive range of construction and project management activities. Austral Insulation’s panel installation business is accredited with ISO 9001, underpinning our a high standard of service and completed work.

The construction and installation activities include:

Site inspection and Measurement
Installation drawings
On-site supervision
Project planning and management
Project resource planning and co-ordination with other on site trades
Quality control
Progress Measurements and Claims
Project sign off
Maintenance programs

Our installation team also includes a selected group of sub-contractors who strongly adhere to our quality policy. All sub-contracts are inducted to Austral Insulation work and safety practices.

Our contracts have a designated contract manager who assumes control of the contract once it is awarded. The sales representatives maintain contact with the client to ensure our customer is satisfied with the completed project.

The scope of installation ranges from small coolroom facilities to factory facilities to the large 59,000m² Coles Myer Distribution Centre (under construction in 2006).
